Every dish we serve is crafted from scratch in our kitchen. Owner Justin Obetts develops each recipe through relentless testing — adjusting ingredients, refining techniques, and repeating the process until the flavor is exactly right. We serve food that gives students an authentic experience, as if they’ve traveled abroad to taste it themselves. Only students can purchase meals, and portions are limited, making our menu a unique part of the academy that they can’t find anywhere else in Seoul.
